System Overview

The TAM system helps a real estate agent, a transaction coordinator or an assistant (processor) to enter, watch, process and complete the tasks and deadlines that are agreed upon in a residential sales contract as provided by the St. Louis Association of Realtors (form no. 2090), including all numbered riders (forms 2046, 2105, 2120, 2059, 2092, 2135VA and 2135FHA, 2118, 2094, 2095, 2160, 2096, 2097).

The system includes a work environment for the processor to enter all pertinent data on the transaction, the parties and involved third parties with automated system assistance where possible, to create documents such as to-do lists, fax cover sheets, and mail-merge letters, to provide to-do lists (today, today and future), as well as progress lists (completed tasks), to provide a filtered calendar overview (such as “show all closings this month/week”). 

Tasks roll over if not completed by the due date, and an alert system sends emails to give notice regarding incomplete tasks. It allows a processor to keep track of all tasks and deadlines in a timely manner so the clients get to make decisions within the allotted time frame of the sales contract. 

The agent will be able to document that that has been done. The client will be able to see what the status of the transaction is until it is closed. Automated task management and creation of auxiliary documents will support the processor’s work.
